Splascial is an uncommon Psymonster of the Psymonster World. He is of the Water type.
Description[]
Splascial seems like a very friendly gal, but none of the Psymonsters can tell for sure, because none of the Psymonsters can understand what she is saying. Whenever she speaks, all that comes out is bubbles. She might be easier to understand if she ever had a very high-pitched voice, but she thinks that she can't be obstreperous and always keeps her voice peaceful, even when she comes out of the water and speaks – which is a pretty uproarious sight. Splascial loves everything about the water and can often be found swimming around in the aquarium of the Psymonster World, hoping to spot tropical Psymonsters. She loves to tell stories about her wonderful underwater adventures, but it is naturally impossible to guess what she is actually talking about. Her gestures and sound effects definitely make it all sound very thrilling nevertheless.
Physical Appearance[]
She is a slender blue sea creature with red lips, yellow eyes with red irises, a sky blue belly, fin sides, and a tail fin, sharp fangs, and a dark purple mouth with a purple tongue.
